*If you must return an item, contact me within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned with the tags still attached. If the item was in a bag, or box, that must be returned, intact, also.

*The only reason to return any item in our store, is because it didn't fit. Every item in our store has been measured, and the measurements are on the item description. A chart for measuring for clothing, is on every apparel item.

*It is your responsibility to measure your pet before buying an item.

*Refused/Undeliverable Orders - You will be refunded the purchase price, less any shipping charges, and a 25% restocking fee.
